Excellent - kiddo gave it a 5 with no hesitation! Super easy to be a weeknight meal. Added a shake of Italian seasoning on each one before baking. 30 mins for regular cut, turned out nice and tender.
Make sure to 1/4 the dry ingredients for 4 chops.
