- 1 1/2 lb. cheeses (shredded, ; a combination of gruyere, parmesan, & cheddar)
- 1 lb. elbow pasta (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- olive oil (drizzle of, to oil the inside of baking dish)
