- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold, cut into small cubes)
- 1/3 cup milk (whole or 2% reduced fat milk are best)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
