Very easy, simple, delicious, few ingredients I used my immersion blender in the pot and followed directions as stated
Didn’t have 8 c peas and used 6c with 4c veggie broth instead and less onions and garlic worked just fine my husband is a cook and enjoyed it so now I have a recipe to sub for split pea soup when I don’t have the ham hock
Instead of yogurt on top I just sprinkled grated parmesan and Romano which I had

Good, but it still has little pieces of pea in It, which takes away the focus from the taste
