- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 8 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour (please do not substitute!)
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 2 red bell peppers (large, cut into chunks)
- 1 broccoli (medium, head cut into florets)
- 1 handful dried red chili peppers (or less/more depending on spice preference)
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour (SEE NOTES)
