Amazing!!! I used 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs instead and it turned out great. I thought that the recipe called for fajita mix on top of the other seasonings only to find out that the fajita mix on the list was just announcing that that is what the spices made. I used the packaged fajita mix to season the chicken and then the seasonings from the recipe to sprinkle over all the ingredients
