Great! Allowed the seasonings to marinate the chops for about an hour. Turned out juicy, very tasty.

very good! had to cook at 375 for about 40 minutes for thick cuts of pork

pretty good, I think 25 mins. is a little long. I will cook the for 20-23 mins. All in allbreceipe is very good.

got pretty dried out, but the flavor of the rub was good.. also, just an fyi to ppl, carrots do not sofrten in that time if you are adding veggies :)

Tasty...nice change from common pork chop recipes that are fried or with gravy Lowered to 350 and cooled a little longer. My oven gets really hot.
