    these were very delicious and easy. we halved the recipe and it was our first time making truffles. my 8 year old made them into balls, and coated them in the chocolate, and of course decorated them. they didnt hold together super well, so thats why i gave them only 4 stars. i think if i added more cream cheese theyd stick better. we ended up using white chocolate as i think my chocolate chips were old. they wouldnt melt right. i also used a pyrex hanginf over a pan of simmering water. its just my preferred way of melting chocolate. either way, yummy!
