- 2 lb. baking potatoes (or all-purpose, cut into large chunks)
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Toss ingredients on large baking sheet or roasting pan until potatoes are evenly coated; arrange in single layer. Bake, turning potatoes occasionally, 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
