This was a very easy recipe to make. The chicken was juicy and the sauce had just a little heat to it. I would eliminate the red pepper flakes if I were serving this to kids. I used Greek yogurt and it did the trick for creaminess.

Easy to make and tons of flavor. I replaced the recommended rice base with arugala and a touch of olive oil, which worked perfectly. Tried it a second time with greek yogurt; perfect consistancy, but you might want to go with regular yogurt so the flavor doesn't dominate.

Delicious recipe....first thing I cooked on my new stainless steel sauté pan. Thanks for sharing! Next time I think I’m going to add chipotle chilie instead of the red pepper flakes

Enjoyed it very much. Next time I make it, might add just a touch of flour to thicken the sauce.

I used lemon, all purpose cream, different parts of chicken, red pepper, sliced red chili, and parsley. Basically, I used a substitute of almost everything in this recipe but it turned out good! Heavy cream would be preferred than APC, I think. Careful with lemon too that it might overpower. The seasoning of the chicken blended well with the cooked sauce.

I thought it was good and different tasting. My family liked it too but said they probably wouldn’t request it. That being said-my picky eater had thirds. He said it was a little too limey/bitter tasting.

i used greek yogurt instead of half and half. The flavor was great but i feel the chilli flakes were a bit to much. Overall I will be making it again and use less chilli flakes.

Simple to make. Loved the flavor! Cilantro wasn't too overwhelming and it wasn't too spicy for my kids (5 and 3 years old). We had it over rice which thankfully soaked up the sauce. My sauce was extremely runny, but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be that way or if I messed up somewhere and it didn't thicken. My only tweak would be a thicker sauce. Otherwise, this was a great meal! Cilantro-loving husband and my little kids approved and ate it all up!

This recipe is easy and delicious. I doubled the sauce and tweaked it a bit. I used half and half, sour cream, a splash of white wine, 1/4 tap of anchovy paste (my new fave secret ingredient) and quite a bit of cilantro (I use the squeeze tube). I browned the chicken in the pan but finished it in the oven while I worked on the sauce. When the chicken was finished, I added the pan juices back into the sauce. The chicken was served with rice, steamed green beans and broccoli. One tip, I would slice the chicken breasts in half so they wouldn’t be so thick.

Yum— made it with heavy cream. Used the standard stovetop 21 minute cook method for the chicken to keep it moist and then shredded it in the sauce. Will try Greek yogurt next time for thickness.

It was good as a main dish chicken but would recommend thicker chicken.

Tasted ok , easily made but I’ll use thigh fillets not breasts next time and not cook chicken all the way through as it made chick breast dry

Really good flavor. I used dried cilantro flakes while cooking so the cilantro wouldn't wilt, then garnished with fresh cilantro before serving. Will make again!!
