- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 100 grams broccoli
- 200 grams linguine (/tagliatelle, or any pasta which takes 9-11 minutes to cook, check the packet)
- 4 cups vegetable stock (I used Marigold Bouillon powder but you can use any vegetable stock - cube, powder or liquid)
- 1/2 cup frozen petit pois (little peas)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- black pepper (to taste)
