- 1 1/2 tsp. minced onions (dried)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (as you like)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (or half and half)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- salt
- 10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half and half)
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (or to taste, start with a little then slowly add as it's strong in flavor)
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- chopped parsley (fresh, for garnish if desired, optional)
- lingonberry jam (on the side if desired, *see note)

My son for some reason has been begging me to make Swedish meatballs for months. I finally promised to make them tonight but I’ve had a long day and every recipe I came across was making me want to just give up and order a pizza. Find this one and decided to give it a shot because it was simple. It was so easy and my family LOVEDDD it. I will definitely make this again. (I didn’t have kitchen bouquet, so I used a little concentrated beef broth and corn starch. Worked great.)

This was my first time making this lovely dish . My husband have been asking for Swedish Meatballs for weeks. Thanks you for sharing.. absolutely delicious!!!
