Good taste, almost like a crisp but when still warm a bit chewy. Almost too rich without the bit of salt. Instructions didn’t give measurements for size of dough log and depth for cutting (I did about 3/8inch thick cut) so I eyeballed it-I think I will try making them a bit thicker or add another egg and extra flour to get them to cookout thicker, not so crisp-like.
