5 stars because it is basic and quick. i couldn't remember the recipe from a previous job, and this seems to be it I did an an additional 1/2 tsp to all the ingredients, did 2 of garlic, and added some other herbs and spices to make it my own.

Nice flavor. Did add 1 can of diced tomatoes, drained but save the juice. And increased garlic to 2 tsp. And added 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.. did add 2 Tbsp of saved juice to thin.
