Not great. Cookies are too floury or something, and took a lot longer to bake. They were soft, but not chewy.

This recipe is probably better suited for something besides a cut out cookie. The cut outs became puffy and misshapen after baking. The flavor was good and they are a good combination of chewy with slightly crispy edges.
**After tasting this cookie the next morning I need to be honest- not great. Too much baking soda.
