- 3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter if there are allergies)
- 1 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raisins (can do either/or/both chocolate chips and raisins, so this might be a six ingredient recipe!)
- 2/3 cup honey (we use local raw unprocessed that we get from some friends, but you can use any kind)
