YUM. Used extra garlic as I love garlic. This would be nice served with corn either in the rice or on the cob.

I made this tonight and it was an easy and delicious side dish . I cut the recipe in half for me and hubby. He loved it. Thanks ! We will have this again .

Awesome! My toddler loves it-great way to get some mushrooms eaten around our house. I do a variety of mushrooms and used beef broth.

Dish was delicious, I used beef broth added a 1/4 cut of wild rice and finished with a splash of red wine.

Pretty good! Good for a cold day and very filling. I suggest putting in more garlic and soy sauce.
