lovely recipe easy and quick, noce rich sauce. Made it with Pasta as i`m not minding my carbs!.......would definatley recommend.

The spouse loves it when I can make a healthy dish that still tastes good, and this happens to be one of them! Easy to make, delicious too! We served with a side salad for a perfect meal.

Fabulous! Loved it. I like chilli so added rock salt and chilli flakes with a chopped up garlic clove. Had with broccoli. Very filling.

I made this last night, everyone loved it. Had amazing flavor and was pretty easy to make. Will definitely be making this again.

went down well. used a mix of cheddar and gran padano as had no mozzarella and adjusted herb and spice balance a bit.
