- 1 lb. steak (I bought some pre-sliced stir fry steak. Yeah...I'm a bit lazy)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced, I like a lot. I used six plus I sliced them larger and at an angle. Reserve a handful)
- sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Tamari)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar (I get mine from Season With Spice)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste (Garlic, buy it at the store near the jarred garlic)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water (or you can use beef broth)
- 1 handful green onions
