I could have added more salt, but overall flavor was good. Wish it was thicker.

Delicious! I substituted green peas for chickpeas since I used chickpeas in my minestrone yesterday. I made Farro instead of rice and it was a great combination. Definitely a keeper!

Delicious! I didn’t have tomatoes or peppers so I used tomato sauce and cayenne pepper. I used sweet potatoes instead of potatoes.
