A good, quick, light meal. I added corn, diced tomatoes and black beans just because. Served over tortilla chips, with Diet Dr. Pepper

Was simple to make did it on the grill with mats. Justed need something to push it to from good to great

Really delicious and easy. We ate this in tortillas, added some black beans and avocado. Leftovers on salads for lunch the next day and that too was delicious

This dish is honestly so delicious, flavorful even though you don't need a ton of spices to complete it and it's so incredibly easy to make. Honestly, we make it twice a month in our home and we're not getting tired of it. Great recipe. Thanks.

Was absolutely delicious, two jalapeños does make it pretty spicy. If you aren’t inclined to that just use one

Flavors were layered and spicy! Turned out great! Next time will just two 1 jalapeño. Two made it hot lol

I only wish I could have made more, because it was very good. Need to find a faster way to thaw the shrimp, though...

Delicious and easy! I also added zucchini and ended up eating it over Israeli cous cous because I was out of rice. Turned out great!
