- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt (McCormick®)
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick® Cumin Ground
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Bring water, tomato sauce, onion salt and cumin to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add rice and butter; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.

Would make it again! Used tomato paste with enough beef broth (water & beef bullion) to make it "sauce like" threw in some Italian spices blend..used onion powder mixed w/ salt..used more cheese than it called for to mix w sour cream..
