Turned out pretty bland and a bit sour because of the lemon juice. Maybe I’ll try adding chili powder as suggested in other reviews.

I haven't tasted it, but my mother said it was perfect. While making they gave no real directions.

Was good but tasted like it was missing something. Might try to add something extra next time to give it a little more flavor.

Added cannelli beans along with black beans. Opted to use my own salsa ranch dressing ( Bolthouse Farms) to make it more of a mexican fiesta salad .

So good and a great side for a Mexican meal. I used the whole pack of rotini because the recipe wasn’t clear on 2 cups before or after cooking . Whole package was just rightI also added some finely diced Vidalia onions or any sweet onion will do

The flavor was amazing! I shared it with a neighbour and she just asked me for the recipe I’ll definitely make it again

Loved how easy and yummy this was but for whatever reason it did not store well in my fridge. It may have been due to the type of noodle I used (chickpea) to add more protein.

omitted one tablespoon of oil would have been too much. Was perfect will make again.

This turned out great! You definitely have to taste the dressing as you mix the ingredients. I liked it with a little extra red pepper.

Simple and yummy, not too intense as far as flavor but that can be fixed by adding more spices if someone wants.

It went great with a side for tacos. I will make a good, but I may try to add a little more season. It is good as it it, but could use a little more flavor.

Love this recipe! Very simple to make! I did add a small amount of sea salt to finish it.
