Really good and easy to throw together. We added feta cheese however, next time we will omit the parsley.

I was skeptical of this recipe at first but made it anyway. It was absolutely delicious and so easy to make!

Pretty great! I might do a little less red onion as I’m not that crazy about red onions. I didn’t too with parsley either.

SOOOOOOO GOOD.
Followed recipe exactly except for the parsley. I didn't have fresh, so I just rough chopped dried parsley until it was aromatic. Delicious.
Notes for next time: less (smaller bits?) red onion (preference)
