Amazing! (I can't say it was "easy"- there wasn't anything too technical about the dinner, but it took some time and prep). Great flavor profile. A huge hit with my family. My only recommendation would be to add more veggies, Green Beans for instance.

great! you add a lot of spices but it is not too spicy/hot. very yummy. heat can be adjusted easily but quantity of hot curry powder or mild being adjusted.
