- 65 grams desiccated coconut (toasted and grind to a paste, watch my how to video)
- 1.5 kilograms chicken pieces
- 3 stalks lemongrass
- 300 grams red onion (coarsely chopped)
- 25 grams garlic
- 35 grams ginger
- 20 grams galangal (I used frozen galangal)
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3 turmeric leaves (small, slice)
- 3 tsp. salt (add more, to taste)
- 3 tsp. sugar (add more, to taste)
