This is a good recipe. I added a few tablespoons of cream cheese, powdered mustard, powdered garlic and onion, and a few other seasonings to spruce it up.

Turned out yummy. We doubled recipe to allow for a whole box of macaroni (16 oz). Also I would recommend only using cheddar cheese as we used a mix and the non-cheddar cheese got clumpy... but all in all kids and adults loved it! Winner!

this turned out amazing! I added some parsley flakes, and a package of Jack Daniels pulled bbq chicken just for fun, and it turned out soooo good. I also doubled the recipe. Will be making this again!

Quick and easy! When making the roux, I added 2 fresh Tabasco peppers, ground mustard powder, garlic salt, dried onion flakes, paprika, and thyme to give extra flavor.

This is a perfect weeknight dinner. It’s incredibly easy and fast to make, and the sauce is nice and creamy. I don’t think I’d ever go back to a box mac & cheese.

It was okay. I feel like more pasta could have been made for the amount of sauce. The flavour was a bit bland but I added Dijon which helped a bit. Not my favourite, wouldn’t do again.

I must of screwed it up. Very creamy but tasted more like flour then cheese. Kept adding more cheese and salt but didn’t make much of a difference.

Mac n Cheese is hard to mess up and this recipe is no different. Pasta and cheese taste good. Boom.

This was pretty good. The sauce was a little runny, but overall satisfying. It’s a very basic mac and cheese recipe, but I liked it a lot.

I modified it a bit to make a bigger serving, And used Penne noodles instead of macaroni. It was a perfect base and starting point for my family, and we each added more of our own spices after it was all divided between us!
