This was delicious! Sadly, my chicken was dry, but that's because I used my larger crockpot and my chicken was not covered for the whole duration of cooking, I had to keep flipping it. I used baby bella mushrooms instead or cremini because I didn't have creminis or buttons. Overall easy and tasty recipe, the picky eaters in my home even enjoyed it.
