- 1/3 cup lemon juice (freshly squeeze)
- 1/3 cup lime juice (freshly squeeze)
- 1 tsp. garlic puree (or finely minced fresh garlic)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce (green, or other hot sauce of your choice)
- 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into dice about 1/2 inch square)
- 4 Persian cucumber (small, or 2-3 medium cucumbers) cut into pieces slightly larger than the red pepper)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped, or use thinly sliced green onion)
- salt (or Green Tabasco sauce, or sweetener to add to the finished Ceviche - optional, to taste)
