It was good, used rotisserie chicken breast bc thats what I had on hand so I skipped the browning step...

I love fresh food like this I also added baby spinach and red onion 1/4 cup chicken broth and covered it as it baked with tinfoil

This was fantastic and easy to make! The olives really add a nice flavor. I did take another reviewer’s suggestion and added a 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mozzarella.

Delicious! I added 1/2 cup of sour cream mixed with 1/2 cup mozzarella and an additional two tablespoons of crumbled feta to make it creamy and more casserole-like to spoon over cauliflower rice.
