Simple to prepare and easy to broil. Just wish our cut of London Broil was a bit more tender than it turned out. Will definitely do this again with a better quality cut.

Cooked it slightly differently- 10 minutes baked at 450° and then 3 or 4 minutes broiled per side. A perfect rare, with good flavor, and tender.
