Excellent! I used juice from two lemons, dried thyme, and 1/2 cup of white wine - and might have been a bit more liberal with the garlic! Served it over orzo with a bit of prsto mixed in. Family loved it.

Loved this recipe! I will make it again. I did everything over the stove and it came out so delicious. The aromas in the house were wonderful!

Delicious. Used chicken breasts and it works fine. I only did a pound of chicken breast but kept the other proportions as is.
