- 4 sprigs fresh herbs (cilantro, rosemary or oregano make good choices, or a combination)
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. herbs (finely minced, you can use dried herbs here)
- 2 cloves minced garlic (finely)

Flavor was delicious, chicken was juicy, I did however add lemon zest and a little more lemon juice. I would recommend this recipe.
