I was extremely skeptical of this recipe because you don't pre-cook the noodles but it turned out good. After reading all the comments I used a larger bottle of marinara sauce and I'm glad I did. While browning the meat I seasoned with onion powder and garlic powder. Added basil to the sauce mixture as well. Also used a smaller baking pan because I felt it would be impossible to stretch those ingredients across a large pan. Glad I made that decision because I imagine a larger pan would have made a pretty whimpy lasagna.

Excellent! I traded ricotta for one 8oz box light cream cheese, because let’s be honest, ricotta has zero flavor and the cream cheese gives us it a decadent twist! My family refuses lasagna any other way now!

So easy to make and delicious. I was skeptical about baking dry noodles but it turned out wonderfully. Even my picky eaters loved this.

Will definitely make again! Added garlic powder, onions and chili flakes to the meat sauce for some extra flavor and kick.

Turned out great! Added salt and pepper to ground meat when cooking. Did not add Italian seasoning. Added Mexican shredded cheese too. Family loved it! I cooked it a little less than 45 mins.

I added more spices than the recipe called for (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes). A bit extra cheese was used, and doubled the sauce. I needed a bit more ricotta, but my first attempt was a family pleaser.

My kids love lasagna. I usually try to make it once a year as the recipes I have tried are time consuming. My kids and I made this recipe together. It was SOO much simpler and quicker to make. To our surprise, the lasagna turned out AWESOME. The noodles were cooked thru, soft, and not mushy. We will DEFINITELY be making this recipe often. My kids and I cannot thank you enough for this recipe!

This recipe was so easy. Using the uncooked noodle worked perfectly! This recipe will become a staple at our house for sure!

first time making lasagna. opted for the sausage and it was probably the best I've ever had. I've made it twice since then. used ground beef once but didn't enjoy it as much as the sausage. excellent recipe
