Subbed combo of Greek yogurt, sour cream and cream cheese for second 15 oz container of ricotta and still turned out amazing. I did need 2 more noodles (for 4 pans) so you may want to buy another box.

Awesome...used 2 11 3/4 inch x 9 1/4 inch EZ foil pans and 1 9x 13 inch pan. Add pepperoni!

This was a huge with family and friends. We had it for dinner and froze the other 2 sheets I made. Gave a frozen one away to friends, a few days later they were asking for the recipe. I used chicken sausage.
