First time I have ever made Kettle Corn. My son was craving it BIG time. So I thought what the heck, let’s give it a go! Was pretty easy to make and turned out okay. The only thing I would say is if you’re not a big salt person then cut the salt in half (especially if you use salted butter). It was pretty salty and my kids surprisingly didn’t like it because of that. I think they were hoping for a more sweet than salt. Because of the simplicity I'll try it again and see how it taste with 1/2 tsp of salt. :)
