This is a fantastic recipe...it needed a bit of tweaking in my book. The meatballs turned out great! It’s the sauce that’s heaven 🤤. I took the meatballs out of the sauce they were becoming over cooked. I reduced the sauce further and added more Dijon mustard, it turned to more of a gravy that was rich, and creamy. We found ourselves eating the sauce with a spoon. A total hit, I’m going to use this with pork chops!

I added more spices, chili and paprika little curry and garlic and onion powder, I also sautéed onions and mixed it in the meatballs 👌 so good!

Meatballs are a tad dry but that could be my fault, very buttery creamy sauce, not very thick but I like gravy
Added some cayenne very nice
