- 1 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)
- 1 tsp. seasoning (Burger, I like Weber Burger Seasoning or McCormick's Grill Mates Burger Seasoning)

- 3 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, add more if you like!)
