    DELICIOUS!!!! I mixed it by hand but wet my hands before. Also added egg wash before dipping in everything mixture . Made egg and bacon sandwiches and they tasted as good as they looked . Did opt for a smaller hole to accommodate egg.

    Absolutely delicious! I used Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s. Sooo good!!

    Texture was exactly like a bagel. It may look doughy when you cut it in half but it's all cooked. Topped it with cream cheese and chives. Amazing

    I ended up having to use more Almond flour because the mixture was too sticky. I'm going to experiment to hopefully find a substitute for the cheese, as I am slightly lactose intolerant.
