    Texture was exactly like a bagel. It may look doughy when you cut it in half but it's all cooked. Topped it with cream cheese and chives. Amazing

    I ended up having to use more Almond flour because the mixture was too sticky. I'm going to experiment to hopefully find a substitute for the cheese, as I am slightly lactose intolerant.
