Great recipe. Easy to follow. Was a hit with my girlfriend. She kept begging me to make it a again....so I’m currently making it as I type this review. Also, last time I substituted Red Beans for the Lima Beans. Still Amazing.

Great! I use a pressure cooker to reduce the time and get the meat super tender. Will definitely be making it again, and even considering a veg only version

They turned out amazing and tender as ever...meat was falling right off the bone !! I marinated them overnight, cooked them on high for about 5.5 hours and low for another 1.5 hours. The flavor was just right. Will definitely be making more!!
