Very good. Big hit. I used chicken thighs, added some lemon juice and pineapple juice. If I do it again I will marinate it over night. Everyone loved it. Cooked 50 mins, and wish we had more because it was soooo good.

I have made this recipe several times now, it’s made it in our family meal rotation. Easy enough for week night meal, and full of flavour. Love this recipe.

Really like this recipe, easy but pretty close to authentic, native cooked Jerk chicken that I have eaten. Can certainly be adjusted for heat and flavor.

This recipe turned out great and was absolutely delicious. I marinated the chicken for eight hours and cooked for 40 minutes on 425 in the oven. I'm not a fan of wet chicken skin, so I lightly broiled both sides for about 3 minutes each to add a little crisp after cooking for 40 minutes. The chicken was moist, tender, and very flavorful.

This recipe turned out well. My family loved it. It was an easy recipe to follow. I did only cook them for 30 minutes. I would suggest checking the chicken with a meat thermometer at 30 minutes.

Super easy, made with wings instead of legs and cooked for 25-30 mins. Turned out great!

This jerk chicken rub was great. My mother-in-law was born and grew up in Jamaica and she thought the flavour was excellent. I added a heaping tablespoon of home made pepper sauce to make sure it had kick. This will be my go to when making Jerk. Quick and easy.
