    Good flavor. Followed to the letter. Toughest roast I’ve ever made.

    Easy to prepare - simple ingredients and simple steps. Turned out well. Might also use different cut of beef; came out a little tough. Instead of oven, used Traeger grill with hickory chips.

    The roast was real tough. If I make it again, I'll have to use different kind of roast; maybe eye round.

    turned out perfect. i left in for 120 mins, as it was a bit too rare for me. but once sat to rest, it was so tender. i used bottom round roast.
