  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 large garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups stock (fish or seafood stock would be great if you have it, otherwise chicken stock is just fine!)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup half & half (feel free to substitute milk or cream)
  • 6 ounces seafood (I used crab, but feel free to use your favorite – clams, salmon, whitefish, scallops, etc)
  • 8 ounces shrimp
  • 16 mussels
  • salt

    It turned out delicious. The ingredients were awesome. I wish I would have had them all. so, I substitute red potatoes for white and I added talapia and shrimp and a little broccoli and for seasoning I added a little grounded peppercorn, cayenne pepper and sea salt and a half cup of unsweetened almond milk.
