- 1 green chili pepper (thai or Serrano, stems removed and cut in half)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (loosely packed)

Tastes good. Need to use water on hands to make patties if making immediately after mixing kabob mix & cilantro mix together.
Alternatively put it in the fridge for a while to allow it to become a firmer consistency and then fry them and/or make patties to freeze.
