It is “Delicious”!
I actually double the recipe and used a little more peppers than the recipe calls for, also put the peppers in the blender to get smaller pieces.

So easy, so delicious! I made the green version with green bell and jalapeño peppers. I refrigerated some and froze some instead of using the conventional canning process. Don't think it'll last too long anyway 😊 I'll be using mine to top cream cheese and smoked salmon snacks
