    So my asparagus was bad at home. I had brussels sprouts and made them the same way with the sauce except in a cast iron on the stove (they were frozen). The sauce is amazing! I even cooked the balsamic and honey in it to reduce it a bit and so it would stick properly.

    Gave it four stars for taste and easiness to prepare! It was good, but I would have liked the vinegar/honey mixture to be thicker perhaps. Very runny so the liquid didn’t “latch” onto the sprigs.
