The recipe called for 1/2 cup flour. Way too much! The result was like wallpaper paste. I tried to adjust by adding broth and then water. Finally added more butter and the sauce still thick and unpleasant texture. Sorry I couldn’t make this work P.S. I am experienced making roux.
