Turned out very well but I'll skip the raisins next time and let it cook longer for more creamy rice. Using arborio was a great idea. I also used a bit more ground cinnamon.

This was so simple and very good. It tasted like grandmother’s rice pudding. Simple and delicious. I was out of milk, so I used half and half with left over sushi rice. The sticky sushi rice was perfect.

I made this with office party left over rice and brought it back into the office which people promptly devoured. I had si much I made 2 flavors. Followed the instructions above, and in the 2nd batch added concentrated fresh brewed coffee.

Very easy to make! Tasty and creamy. Omitted the butter, used honey instead of sugar, added a bit more cinnamon and vanilla, , added raisins.

Best. Rice Pudding. Ever. I've tried a dozen recipes but this one is the easiest, quickest, and most tasty. I swapped out the milk for coconut milk (because lactose-intolerant) and I am so impressed. The thickness turned out perfectly for me, but if you like your pudding thicker always have a bit of cooked rice waiting on the side to toss in to soak up liquid. 10/10 would recommend every time.

It was really good! The only thing I would change is that half way through the cooking process, I turned the temperature to low and I continued cooking it. (15.mins) It turned out just as good. I think that if you cook it only at medium-low, you probably don't have to cook it for that long.

Incredibly easy and delicious! Tasted exactly as I expected rice pudding to taste. Definitely Yummy.

very easy to make. i used wild rice and cooked it a but longer than directed. it was delicious.

Easy peasy and a great way to use leftover rice!! I added some dried cranberries and the kids LOVED it!!

It was easy and delicious. I didn't have white sugar so I used light brown sugar and added raisins. I was awesome!

Was easy and fast but after it sat a while the rice absorbed all the liquid which it was then a little dry, would of been nice if the creamy liquid would of stayed not been absorbed. Tasted great
