- 1 lb. farmer's cheese
- 1 egg
- 10 fresh dill (springs)
- 4 scallions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 apples (medium sweet and sour, chopped or shredded)
- 4 Tbsp. cane sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. canela (optional)
- 1 cup oil (for greasing the table)
