    These came out great, though I must say that at the begging the first batch came out on the crispy side. I thinned out the dough too much. Second batch, perfect! According to my kids, lol.

    I ended up with pita chips! I think in just need more practice. I'm not used to wet dough and erroneously added more flour. I will try again. Great flavor!
